Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Rights

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost. For further details of how to return goods please see our Returns Information which is detailed on each product page.

Availability

All items shown on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are no longer available. You will not be charged for out of stock items.

Accuracy of Content

We have taken every care to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of the goods represented on this website are accurate at the time of publishing. Please note that all prices displayed are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable) and exclusive of delivery charges. Please see our Delivery Information for further details of delivery costs which are detailed on each product page.

Payment Options

Payment can be made using any of the following methods: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Switch. Please note that all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Payment will be debited from your account when your card is authorised. If the issuer does not authorise payment to Armstrong & Kinston, we will not be liable for the non-delivery of goods. Armstrong & Kingston retains the legal ownership of goods until full payment has been received.

Privacy Statement

At Armstrong & Kingston we value our customers and respect their privacy. Please be assured that any information we collect about you will be handled with the utmost care. The information you provide will be used by us to fulfil your orders efficiently and to deal with any enquiries or feedback you might have. You will not be sent any unsolicited materials unless you indicate that you want to receive further information about special offers at the time of creating your account or if you subscribe to our newsletter. You will be able to cancel the subscription to special offers or newsletter at any time. Should you wish to cancel your account you can do so by contacting us. Armstrong & Kingston will not share your personal information with any third parties unless required by law to do so.

Returns Policy

We hope that the items you select from our online store suit perfectly.  However in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following Returns Policy will apply:


  1. We will offer a free exchange, refund or online store credit for Returned Items for 14 days from the date you receive your order.  Please note that this will not apply to items which may not be exchanged  due to hygiene reasons.  After 14 days, Returned Items may be rejected or issued with online store credit.
  2. Returned Items must be unworn, unused and must be returned in their original packaging with all original labels and tags intact. Your original sales receipt must also be provided.  If any of these criteria are not met, Returned Items will not be accepted.
  3. In the event that you receive an item which is faulty or defective, please return it to us, within 14 days of the date you receive your order for a refund, exchange or online credit.
  4. Should you wish to cancel an online order, please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of placing the order to receive a refund or credit note. If your order has been dispatched you are required to return the item to our store. 
  5. Returned Items must be sent to our Store at Armstrong & Kingston, ONLINE STORE RETURNS, 8 High Street, Enniskillen BT74 7EH by tracked or signed delivery.
  6. We do not currently provide free delivery for Returned Items.
  7. Returned Items remain your responsibility until they are received back in our store. We therefore recommend that you adequately insure any Returned Items sent to us.
  8. Refunds should appear in your bank account within 7-10 working days. However, if you do not receive your refund, please contact us by email or telephone.
